COVID19 Policies

Effective immediately, Massena Telephone has implemented new policies to comply with our state and federal agencies’ social distancing recommendations:

Our office is now closed to walk-in traffic.   Please give us a call for any of your service needs.  We can set up an appointment to visit if needed.

We have several options for making bill payments: We can set up ACH payments to automatically draw from your bank account.  Payment by check can be sent via mail or put in our drop box.  We can take credit card payments over the phone.  We also have online bill-pay options.   Cash payments are not recommended.  We can help you find a payment option that works best for you.  Please call our office for more information.

We will be prioritizing new service requests according to our responsibilities as defined by the FCC.  We will be evaluating service requests on a case-by-case basis.  Non-essential service requests will be postponed.

We will continue to perform service calls for existing customers, but we may ask you to do some troubleshooting over the phone before visiting you.
